Originating in Rochester, NY and founded by Louis J. Grossi in 1965, Lou began as a sole finish carpenter and brought his impressionable sons, Nick and Steve, onto the job sites at an early age. Lou not only taught his two sons old-world carpentry skills, but instilled values of hard work, attention to detail, and integrity, which continue to serve as the firm's business foundation for over 60 years, creating long lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors alike, Today, Louis J. Grossi, Inc. has evolved to a premier general contractor through word-of-mouth referrals specializing in creating fine custom homes and renovations throughout Western New York, including the Finger Lakes Region.
